Kyle Smith  is a Partner in the Houston office of GRSM. Kyle has extensive experience representing and defending companies involved in product defect, medical product defect, and construction defect matters. He has also represented hundreds of physicians who have been sued for alleged medical malpractice or who have had complaints asserted against them in the Texas Medical Board.

Kyle also has extensive experience representing trucking companies and delivery companies in personal injury and automobile accident matters, as well as companies and property owners who have been sued in premises liability actions.

In addition, Kyle has extensive experience representing clients and construction companies involved in breach of contract matters and in matters seeking payment for work completed.
