Marci D. Mitkoff is a Partner in the New York office of GRSM. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She is also a member of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association.

Marci graduated from Brandeis University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating in 1988. During law school, Marci was a Samuel Belkin Scholar.

Prior to joining GRSM, Marci practiced at a large regional law firm focusing her practice on the defense of medical, podiatric, chiropractic and dental claims. She has defended nursing homes, acupuncturists, and aestheticians and OPMC claims.  She is also experienced in premises liability, products liability and toxic tort. Marci has extensive trial experience, having taken numerous favorable verdicts throughout New York City, in Nassau County and New Jersey.
