Mark A. Horey has more than 20 years of experience handling complex civil litigation cases, within the state and federal courts. He was a senior trial attorney at a major insurance carrier for ten years. Mark’s practice includes personal injury defense, wrongful death, premises liability, commercial litigation, construction defect, and product liability. His experience includes handling plaintiff’s personal injury cases, working for insurance defense firms and insurance companies, and numerous jury trials.

Mark has represented clients in Washington and Oregon at all levels of civil litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial. He also serves as an arbitrator in King County.
