Marshall Johnson is Of Counsel for the San Francisco Office, working predominantly with the Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation teams. These teams litigate complex business disputes including intellectual property, employment and real estate development matters, class actions involving employment and business practices, often in federal court. Mr. Johnson has over thirty years of experience litigating construction defect, product liability, toxic tort, real estate and business disputes for Fortune 500 companies, while simultaneously serving as a Director and General Counsel for companies in the biotech and aerospace industries. He has substantial experience founding, funding, operating, and counseling companies as well as litigating disputes on their behalf when appropriate. Marshall is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of California and has extensive experience with commercial and residential real estate development, sales and litigation.

Marshall played centerfield for the University of California Berkeley's NCAA Division I baseball team and served as legal counsel Pro Bono to establish the nonprofit Cal Baseball Foundation that privately funded Cal Baseball after university support of the program was cut in 2010. He is a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International.
