Matthew Mallet is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM. He is a member of the Employment Law practice group. Matthew has practiced employment and business law for over two decades, after gaining valuable trial experience as a deputy district attorney for nearly two years. He is an experienced litigator, having litigated a variety of different types of cases in state and federal courts, including class action wage and hour claims and claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate and partner dissolution, and intellectual property actions. Matthew has represented clients in civil trials, arbitration, administrative tribunals, and in state appellate courts. He is a certified mediator and has conducted more than 12 arbitrations, often serving as the chief arbitrator.
