Matt Tessieri, an employment partner at GRSM, represents businesses and management throughout California and the United States with passion and tireless advocacy in order to reach the best outcome possible based on his client’s specific needs and goals. After graduating cum laude from USD Law School, he started his practice at the world’s largest law firm where he became an expert in defending employment and business law matters including both individual claims and class action representative claims. Matt routinely handles all types of employment matters including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, fraud, Labor Code violations, PAGA and more. He actively litigates professional liability cases, including professional malpractice claims for insurance agents and brokers. His dedication and devotion to his clients is unparalleled and leads to positive results whether defending a client against alleged claims, advocating in court, or providing advice and employment counseling.
