Matt Pietsch’s practice includes general civil litigation, real estate, insurance, professional liability, employment, and regulatory law. Fluent in Spanish, he also practices immigration law.
He has also served as an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, and as an Assistant District Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee.
Matt has received an AV Preeminent rating for ethical standards and legal ability from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2014. In 2018, he was awarded the Best of the Bar Award by the Nashville Business Journal for his work in the area of international law.
Matt is a graduate of the U.S. Department of Justice National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina, and the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford University.
