Maya A. Davis is an Associate in the Charlotte office of GRSM and a graduate of North Carolina State University and North Carolina Central University School of Law. Her practice encompasses Construction, Premises Liability, and Professional Liability, with a particular emphasis on defending property owners, managers, subcontractors, and real estate agents. Maya represents businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in all manners of complex disputes, including breach of contract claims, negligence, and third-party claims.

Prior to joining GRSM, Maya worked at a regional firm representing Plaintiffs in cases involving auto accidents and premises liability. She gained experience working in a fast-paced environment where she was able to try cases, argue motions and submit briefs in state court. Maya also gained experience as in-depth profile manager where she worked to identify and eliminate jurors and achieve remarkable results across all types of civil litigation cases. She currently serves as the Chair for both the North Carolina Bar Association New Lawyers in Practice Committee and the Mecklenburg Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Social Committee.
