Merryl F. Weiner is Of Counsel in the Westchester office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Merryl has extensive litigation experience. She has obtained record verdicts in Westchester County, New York in prosecuting medical malpractice cases. In addition to representing injured parties in medical malpractice matters, her career has included representation of major corporate defendants and public authorities.

Over the years Merryl has argued appeals in both the First and Second Departments. She has also participated in high-stakes mediations and arbitrations. In the course of representing her clients, she brings a compassionate component to the table, which has benefited her clients.

Merryl is always looking to find the best resolution for her client, including maximizing the benefits of early resolution.
