Mohammad M. Haque is a Senior Counsel in GRSM’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Appellate, Toxic Tort, and Product Liability practice groups.
Mohammad provides a range of services to his clients, including case management and drafting and arguing appeals and motions in front of the appellate and trial courts of New York. He focuses primarily on asbestos and cosmetic talc litigation and was involved in the briefing before the Court of Appeals in its seminal decision in Nemeth, where Mohammad, along with several other members of GRSM, served as amicus curiae. Mohammad’s most recent notable success resulted from his win before the Appellate Division: First Department, which issued the first decision by any appellate court in New York in a cosmetic talc case where it undertook New York’s choice of law analysis and applied Texas law to reverse the trial court’s order and dismiss all claims against Mohammad’s client.
