Nathalie Gottschalk serves as an Of Counsel to the firm’s Naturalization and Immigration practice group.  She has been practicing in all areas of employment and family-based immigration law since 2004. Ms. Gottschalk was born in Paris, France and grew up in Quito, Ecuador where she attended a French Immersion School.

At 16 years of age, she moved to the United States to study International Relations and French Literature at the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program.

Nathalie attended Universite of Paris I Pantheon- Sorbonne in 2001 through a summer program from Cornell University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the S.J. Quinney, University of Utah School of Law in 2003.

Nathalie gained a solid understanding of other cultures and immigrants’ hopes for a successful future in the United States.

Besides her law practice, she uses her legal skills to give back to the community. Nathalie previously served as a Committee member for the Client Security Fund and Lawyer Advertisement at the Nevada State Bar. She is an active member of AILA and coordinator of the “Celebrate America Creative Writing Contest” for the AILA Nevada Chapter. The first-place winner of the American Immigration Council’s 26th annual (2022-2023) Celebrate America Creative Writing Contest was submitted by AILA Nevada Chapter under Nathalie’s leadership. The essay was written by a 5th grader and is a powerful statement of the multi-faceted generational story of the immigrant experience.

Nathalie is also a founding member of the Alliance Française de Las Vegas, aimed at promoting the French language and culture, and was on the Board of Directors from 2013-2023. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
