Omer Rangoonwala is a Partner in the Southern California offices of GRSM. Omer focuses his practice on employment law, litigation, and catering to the in-house legal requirements of employers.

Omer has an active litigation practice counseling and defending clients in a variety of employment law matters including Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, whistleblower claims, and breach of contract.

In addition to his litigation practice, Omer regularly provides guidance and advises clients across various industries, small and large companies, nonprofits, and other national and international organizations on HR and employee relations matters, emphasizing litigation avoidance and oversight, risk reduction, legal compliance, best practices, and facilitation of business transactions.
