Ondray T. Harris is Of Counsel in the Williamsburg office of GRSM. He is a member of the firm's Employment Law practice group.

Ondray's practice is focused on representing management side client in employment law matters and advising client on federal, state, and local laws employer compliance - including federal contracts compliance, government investigations, health, safety, and data privacy. He also advised universities on 1st Amendment academic freedom and accommodation concerns. Further, Ondray advises and represents clients in crisis management events in communities and before governmental entities.
