Pamela Ng is a Partner in the firm’s Employment practice group. With years of in-house experience, Pamela provides practical legal advice and strategy to employers in a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, universities, hospitals and clinics, and management companies. Pamela defends employers in state and federal courts and arbitration, as well as before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and the DLSE. Pamela litigates individual and class action cases, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. Pamela also counsels employers on preventative employment policies and procedures that are compliant with the ever-shifting legal landscape.
