Paul D. Harshaw is Senior Counsel and member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. Paul represents clients in a broad range of business litigation matters including class action defense, copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, and complex breach of contract claims in federal and state courts. In addition to litigating business disputes, Paul has advised privately-held and publicly-traded companies on a broad range of business-related issues including capitalization, formation, licensing and compliance, buyouts, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, director and officer liability, contracts, due diligence and corporate maintenance. Having served as General Counsel to a national corporation and having been on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors to a variety of corporations he has an insider’s approach to representing business clients. In addition, Paul represents clients in a wide range of employment matters including wrongful termination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation/whistleblower and wage and hour claims.
