Presley Plummer is an associate in the Dallas office of GRSM, and a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Presley graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Throughout her law school journey, she actively contributed to various organizations, serving on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and Help Save The Next Girl. Additionally, Presley earned a Certificate of Merit in Constitutional Law, Business Organizations, and Legal Ethics in the Digital Space. For the entirety of her third year of law school, Presley also gained invaluable practical experience as In-House Legal Extern with KB Home, one of the nation’s largest home builders.
At GRSM, Presley’s practice focuses on defending corporations, in product liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, cosmetic talcum powder, and typical commercial products, involving personal injury and wrongful death. She participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; conducting extensive document reviews; assisting in trial preparation; and attending trial.
