Quinn R. Eaton is an Associate in the Omaha office of GRSM. Driven by obtaining favorable results for clients, Quinn enjoys the strategic challenges of litigation.

Quinn works hard to understand the ins and outs of clients’ business operations, sectors, and markets. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation and assists with a variety of matters including federal and state discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as non-compete issues and general daily advice and counsel on all manners of employment issues. 

Quinn has secured summary dispositions on behalf of clients in a variety of employment and commercial litigation matters, including defense of such decisions upon appeal before state and federal appellate court. He is experienced in all stages of federal and state court litigation and appellate work.

• Obtained complete relief for health care facility on summary judgment in state court against claims of whistleblowing and workers' compensation retaliation; successfully defended victory on appeal before Nebraska Court of Appeals.
• Assisted health care facility in receiving complete relief on summary judgment in federal court against claims of ADA discrimination and retaliation.
• Defeated state's summary judgment and obtained six-figure settlement for inmate's Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claim in pro bono case.
• Assisted in securing district court's assigned value of $893 million – $300 million more than defendants' competing valuation, in shareholder oppression case, one of Nebraska's largest valuation disputes.
