Rachel Wintterle is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM. She defends employers in all phases of litigation including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and whistleblower claims, breach of contract, and alleged wage and hour violations. Rachel handles single plaintiff and class and representative actions in state and federal courts, as well as claims before state and federal administrative agencies.

Prior to joining GRSM, she was an attorney at a prominent international law firm where she regularly defended Fortune 500 companies on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. She has experience defending corporations, technology companies, financial institutions, and individuals in high-stakes litigation matters in torts, contract disputes, trade secrets, and other substantive areas. She also has experience working with scientific and medical personnel in the U.S. and Europe to identify and review relevant literature to advise product manufacturers on regulatory and duty-of-care issues. Rachel began her career litigating healthcare and securities class actions.
