Rebecca Marsden is a Partner in the Employment Law practice group in the Los Angeles office. Her experience includes the defense of employment matters including class actions, labor law, and complex business and corporate matters and disputes.
Her practice focuses on employment-related lawsuits, including age, race, national origin, sex, disability, and religion discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, wrongful discharge, defamation, breach of contract, intentional torts, emotional distress, and other serious workplace issues. Rebecca also counsels clients on human resource issues, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and employee handbooks and policies.
During law school, she volunteered at the Disabilities Rights Legal Center and was a member of the Women’s Law Association.
