For his entire career, Richard has litigated on behalf of, and against, some of the largest companies in the world and continues to do so. He has a broad range of experience assisting employers of all sizes in navigating the complex maze of state and federal laws and substantial experience in complex employment litigation dealing with wage and hour compliance, workplace safety, business practices, human resources, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, class actions, representative actions, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
In addition, Richard represents both small and large companies in business disputes, shareholder and partner embezzlement and theft claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud actions, and breach of contract actions.
