Richard G. Fallago is a Partner in the Providence office of GRSM and is a member of the Business Transactions practice group. He has experience handling complex M&A transactions and related tax planning.

Richard has experience providing tax advice regarding a broad range of complex federal income tax matters, including international income tax treaty interpretation; as well as state income tax; federal and state estate and/or gift tax; and state sale and use tax.

Richard also provides advice to clients at all levels of agency administrative review, including audits, appeals and administrative hearings before both the IRS and state taxing authorities.

Richard also assists in business/fiduciary litigation matters.
