Roberto Antonio Creagh focuses his practice on defending cases in general liability insurance matters, including automobile liability, premises liability, construction defects, and products liability, as well as commercial litigation matters and employment law matters.
While an undergraduate at Seton Hall University, Roberto interned for the Honorable Esther Salas at the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; the Phillipsburg Municipal Court in Phillipsburg, New Jersey; and with NJ Law and Education Empowerment Project, a college access and success program serving students and families in the greater Newark area. During his time at Boston College Law School, Roberto was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association and a recipient of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey Scholarship, while also interning with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office.
Roberto also completed his judicial clerkship with the Honorable Bradford M. Bury, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County Criminal Division, in 2017. In 2018, Roberto was appointed the alternate municipal public defender of Raritan Borough, and handled prosecuting duties as the municipal prosecutor of South Plainfield and Raritan Township in 2018 through 2019.
