Ross Keiser is an Associate in the Westchester Office of GRSM. He focuses his practice on defending professionals, directors and officers, and businesses involved in a broad range of disputes including contracts, professional services, business dissolution, shareholder derivative, premises liability, trucking and transportation claims, motor vehicle accidents, employment, real-estate, and consumer protection class action. Ross also has a depth of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, insurance coverage, securities regulations, merger and acquisitions, blockchain, and e-discovery technologies.
While in law school, Ross was a member of Pace University's Investor Rights Clinic, seeking recovery for clients of lesser means involved in disputes with financial institutions and professionals. As a member of the Federal Judicial Honors Program, Ross interned with the Honorable Nelson S. Román at the Southern District of New York. He also served as the Managing Editor for the Pace Law Review.
Ross is deeply interested in cutting edge aspects of the law, particularly in regard to emergent technologies such as blockchain, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. He also has an avid interest in macro-economics, personal finance, and tax.
Ross is a professionally trained opera singer and has served as the Tenor Section Leader and Soloist at Grace Episcopal Church in White Plains, N.Y., since 2009.
