Ryan B. Polk is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups. He has represented numerous companies in a variety of actions brought under California's Unfair Competition Law, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Song Beverly Credit Card Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Ryan has extensive experience representing companies in a broad spectrum of general and complex business disputes, including cases involving claims for breach of contract, data compensation, fraud, and products liability. In addition to his trial court practice, Ryan has briefed and argued cases in the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeal and also has extensive experience before San Francisco County Superior Court’s Complex Litigation Department.
