Ryan Brackin is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Ryan focuses his practice on complex litigation and strives to develop creative solutions to resolve his client’s most critical issues. He has extensive experience defending a wide variety of complex claims, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury, product liability, toxic tort, asbestos, and environmental matters.  Ryan understands that each case presents unique challenges and is devoted to working closely and collaborating with his clients to develop a tailored approach to litigation.  From fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals, he has represented clients throughout the country across a broad range of specialties, including product manufacturers, premises-owners, contractors, retailers, and distributors. He has also served as national coordinating counsel defending toxic tort claims in jurisdictions nationwide.

Ryan previously clerked for the Honorable Robyn A. Millenacker in Ramsey County, Minnesota and, prior to his legal career, worked as an environmental consultant. His environmental background lends him unique insight into complex hazardous substance and toxic exposure cases.
