Ryan Greenspan is senior counsel in the San Francisco office. He is an experienced litigator working in the firm's Employment practice group. Ryan has handled matters in a broad range of employment issues including wage and hour, employee harassment, wrongful termination, and independent contractor misclassification.  

In addition to employment law, Ryan has also worked extensively in the areas of landlord/tenant, premises liability, and Lemon Law liability.

  • Successfully secured a dismissal with prejudice on Demurrer on behalf of the defense in the matter of Wise v. Calhoun (Contra Costa County Superior Court), arguing that Plaintiff’s case was barred under the Exclusive Remedy Rule.
  • Secured a complete defense verdict in the matter of Mellema v. Friedman (San Mateo County Superior Court), in which the defendant was accused of insurance fraud related to a motor vehicle accident and subsequent insurance claim.
  • Secured a complete defense verdict in the matter of Williamson v. Schneider (Santa Cruz County Superior Court), in which the defendant was accused of fraud, trespass, and intentional infliction of emotional distress in connection with a residential real estate purchase
