Sally S. Kim is a Partner in the Seattle office. Her practice is devoted to complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts, involving directors and officers, commercial general liability, errors and omissions, fidelity and surety, excess casualty, life and health benefits and first party insurance policies. Her practice also includes assisting carriers with complex insurance coverage issues in both property and liability contexts, as well as appellate work in state and federal appellate courts.

  • Summary disposition of a $1.8 million garnishment litigation involving a commercial auto policy that excluded coverage to a fellow employee.
  • Extensive experience representing major insurance carriers in both litigated and non-litigated matters involving breach of contract/coverage and extra-contractual claims.
