Sarah Collins is a Partner in the Rapid City office of GRSM. Sarah focuses her practice on intellectual property.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where she acted as lead counsel in more than 160 trials before state and federal courts in a variety of case types including violent crimes in Indian country, child internet exploitation, firearms offenses, and white-collar crimes. She has experience in the application of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Criminal Procedure, particularly in Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.
