Sarah’s diverse focus includes Commercial Litigation, Education Law, Employment Law, Environmental & Toxic Tort, Healthcare, General Liability, Professional Liability, Intellectual Property, Product Liability, Retail & Hospitality, Trucking and Transportation. She has extensive experience handling insurance defense and toxic tort matters, trademark and copyright issues, as well as corporation formation. Sarah handles a wide variety of administrative matters including representing clients in front of the New York State Office of Professional Discipline (“OPD”) and the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct (“OPMC”), as well as representing local municipalities in various proceedings such as TERPO/ERPO hearings, Division of Human Rights (“DHR”) hearings, and internal disciplinary investigations.
