Seth Weisburst is Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law Practice Group. Seth represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation and arbitration matters, including class action and individual claims of alleged wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. He has significant experience in Private Attorneys General Act claims and claimed violations related to employee wage statements. Seth also advises employers on each of these issues outside of litigation and arbitration.

- Representing major universities, hospitals, and other large employers in a wide range of employment, class actions, and wage-and-hour litigation, and frequently securing summary judgment or other dismissals in their favor.
- Defending property management companies and property owners in large-scale class actions.
- Defending a Fortune 100 company in connection with business torts, breach of contract, trade secrets, and IP rights.
- Representing a corporation in a deceptive trade practices putative class action.
- Defending corporations in consumer and antitrust class action litigation.
- Representing a corporate officer against allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of fiduciary duty.
- Conducting internal investigations related to potential fraud, environmental practices, and alleged sales practice violations for large corporations and brokerage firms.
- Representing students and community members in parallel state and federal court civil rights litigation matters against a university system, and securing a landmark settlement.
