Shiao-wen Huang is Senior Counsel in the Employment Law group. She represents employers of all sizes and industries in all aspects of California employment law. Her specialty is to vigorously defend clients against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and other wrongful termination matters. Depending on clients’ goals, she looks for creative and practical approaches to dispute resolution.

Prior to joining GRSM, Shiao-wen was in-house counsel for an auto finance company and advised on compliance with consumer finance, privacy and credit reporting regulations. She started her legal career as a general business litigator representing small and large companies on a wide variety of claims.
