Shuying Lin is an Associate in the San Francisco office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups. Her practice focuses on resolving business disputes in state and federal courts, and she also has experience advising clients on various corporate and compliance matters.

Shuying received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, she served as an extern to Senior Judge Restani at the U.S. Court of International Trade and interned at the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Prior to joining GRSM, Shuying worked at the U.S. offices of an international law firm, specializing in cross-border business disputes and transactions.

With legal training in China and successful passage of the PRC Bar Exam, Shuying possesses the ability to navigate both U.S. and Chinese legal landscapes, positioning her as a versatile and cross-cultural legal professional.
