Solomon Pantuch concentrates his practice on a variety of civil litigation matters. He works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiation and trial preparation. He has extensive experience litigating complex, high-exposure cases on behalf of insurers involving product liability, personal injury, and commercial disputes. He also has experience counseling and defending insurer clients on matters involving bad faith litigation, denial of benefits, and the application of insurance policies per state and federal guidelines.
Most recently, Solomon was a senior litigation associate with a national civil litigation firm, where he focused on the drive-share, trucking, and transportation industries in matters involving complex, multi-defendant litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. In his previous roles, he has gained experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in toxic and mass tort litigation, including high-stakes asbestos litigation. He has also handled multimillion-dollar product liability and general liability matters, including injury claims against multinational and Fortune 500 companies.
