Stephen Ronk is a trial Partner in GRSM’s Los Angeles office. He has an active trial practice focusing on labor and employment litigation and disputes in the civil courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings. Stephen also has over 25 years experience in aviation products liability defense and has tried matters for an aircraft manufacturer involving wrongful death and product liability claims.

Examples of Mr. Ronk’s recent experience includes the following:
- Obtained numerous defense verdicts on behalf of employers in matters involving, age, gender, marital status, racial, religious and disability discrimination.
- Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an employer against claims of employee privacy violation.
- Obtained a defense verdict in a wrongful death action resulting from a helicopter accident with claims that the accident occurred due to a defect in the helicopter’s drive system.
- Secured a complete defense verdict in a civil rights lawsuit against claims of assault, battery, and civil rights violations against an officer and his employer.
- Defended employers against wrongful termination claims involving employee whistle-blowing activities.
- Defended employer against sexual harassment and labor code violation claims.
