Stephen Frayne is a Senior Counsel practicing in the Environmental/Toxic Tort group at GRSM. Stephen has over 25 years of experience in products liability and toxic tort litigation. His current practice focuses on the defense of personal injury lawsuits based on claims of exposure to asbestos, talc, benzene and other toxic exposures. In this capacity, he has represented a broad variety of clients in many different industries: from multinational manufacturers of industrial equipment and consumer goods, large construction contractors, automotive and component part manufacturers, to small, privately owned service and supply companies.
Prior to joining GRSM, Stephen practiced in the Products Liability and Toxic Tort practice groups at a well-established San Francisco litigation firm. His prior litigation experience also includes wrongful termination and other employment litigation, the defense of medical malpractice claims, medical device products liability claims, insurance coverage litigation, and the defense of automakers and tire manufacturers in products liability litigation arising out of catastrophic accident claims and rollover litigation.
