Taylor Yetter is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Austin office. He focuses on defending product manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners in complex litigation involving product liability. He also represents businesses in commercial disputes over breach of warranty, contracts, and transactions. Further, he represents businesses in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Taylor participates in all phases of litigation, including attending pretrial hearings, written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and attending trial.
