Theodore C. Yarbrough is a Partner in the firm's Environmental/Toxic Tort and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is also the Co-Chair of the Law Clerk program in San Diego.
Theodore has experience in a range of complex litigation matters at both the state and federal level in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. He has experience representing companies, ranging in size from small to Fortune 500 corporations and individuals. Theodore has represented clients in the toxic tort matters – including asbestos, silica and talcum powder – as well commercial, intellectual property and insurance coverage disputes in litigation that included allegations of negligence, gross negligence, bad faith, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and tortious interference. He has taken hundreds of depositions throughout multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States, including but not limited to Plaintiff, fact witness, expert and corporate representative depositions. He has also served as first chair in a jury trial in a commercial litigation matter in California.
Theodore received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. While in law school, he received clerkships for a regional Texas civil litigation firm and an asbestos personal injury trust.
Theodore has also been published numerous times for his writings on current affairs in the United Kingdom.
