Tomiko A. Ortiz is an Associate in the Reno and Las Vegas offices of GRSM, where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation, consumer protection, intellectual property, and product & general liability matters.

While receiving her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Ms. Ortiz was a student leader passionately dedicated and involved with several on-campus student groups. She was the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and the secretary of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Women’s Law Association. Ms. Ortiz also served as USF Law’s Representative Law Student Committee Co-Chair with The Bar Association of San Francisco, where she helped organize and plan programs to ease the transition from law student to new attorney.
