Zachary A. Bloomer is Of Counsel in the Salt Lake City office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Zachary’s practice has been primarily focused on litigation related to real estate, probate and trusts, and construction defects. In many cases, his experience stems from professional malpractice defense litigation within the those practice areas, which requires defending a “case-within-a-case” standard, a significantly more complex form of traditional litigation. Zachary also enjoys working in general construction, business, and real estate law, and any overlap those areas may have related to public and government relations. Zachary has a personal and extracurricular interest in each of these areas and has been able to funnel his passion into successful representation of his clients through each of these processes.
