Eulalio Garcia, a seasoned employment attorney, has joined the Employment Group in the San Diego office. He has successfully defended employers in a wide range of employment claims and lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage-and-hour violations and sexual harassment. He also regularly counsels employers on employment compliance issues, employment policies and procedures, and employee handbook matters.
Mr. Garcia has served as lead attorney in hundreds of complex business, employment and general liability cases, and has successfuly briefed and argued numerous appeals in California Court of Appeals, Fourth Appellate Division.
He earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, where he was Associate Editor and Articles Editor for the High Technology Law Journal. He received a B.A. from DePaul University.
Mr. Garcia has served as an arbitrator in San Diego Superior Court and as a private mediator. He is a frequent panelist for continuing legal education programs, and has been an instructor for University of California, San Diego Extension classes.
