Daniel DiMuro has joined Gordon & Rees's New Jersey office as an Associate. Mr. DiMuro is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability, and Employment Practice groups. He handles all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery motions and dispositive motions; attending court conferences, motion hearings and arbitrations; conducting depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses; and filing and defending both interlocutory and final appeals. He has handled matters in both state and federal courts.
Mr. DiMuro received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007, and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland in 2004. He also studied abroad at the American University of Rome.
