Washington, D.C. partner O'Kelly E. McWilliams III will be a speaker at the upcoming 11th Annual Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) CLE Expo at the Marriott Downtown in Chicago, Illinois on March 20-22, 2012. The Expo delivers the most up to date continuing legal education by a diverse panel of speakers and provides opportunities for attorneys to sharpen their legal practice skills in an environment committed to inclusiveness for all.
On Thursday, March 22, Mr. McWilliams will be speaking on a panel addressing the topic of "Advice and Counsel on Front Line Supervisors: Tips to Train the Foot Soldiers," sharing best practices related to educating plant managers and front line supervisors regarding underperforming and/or disgruntled employees. The panel will be moderated by R. Anthony Prather, partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP.
