On March 12, Gordon & Rees San Francisco partner Christopher Strunk will speak at an MCLE panel discussion titled "MSJs From the Plaintiff & Defense Perspective."
Panelists at the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association event will address briefing and evidence from the views of moving parties, opposing parties, and judges. Topics will include defense counsel's perspective on winning summary judgment; plaintiff counsel's take on defeating summary judgment; and judicial perspectives on deciding summary judgment.
The lunch symposium will be held at the Parc 55 Hotel, 55 Cyril Magnin St., from noon to 2 p.m.
