DRI’s 29th Annual Drug and Medical Device Seminar is the pre-eminent program for in-house and outside counsel who represent pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. The two-day program will offer a variety of presentations, including trial skills demonstrations, a panel discussion on coordinated pharmaceutical proceedings, and litigation insights from leading defenders of drug and device cases.
San Francisco partner Jack “Skip” McCowan is a DRI national director and member of the board of directors. He has been a member of DRI for more than 25 years and previously served as chair of DRI's Drug and Medical Device Group. From 2003 through 2010, McCowan chaired Gordon & Rees’s Diversity Committee.
