On Dec. 2, The American Lawyer honored Gordon & Rees as one of 2014’s Top Firms for Diversity. Gordon & Rees New York associates Kuuku Minnah-Donkoh and Christopher Seacord accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
The 2014 Top Firms for Diversity Awards recognize the 50 highest-ranked firms on the Diversity Scorecard, which The American Lawyer published earlier this year. Gordon & Rees ranks at No. 26 on the 2014 Diversity Scorecard. Gordon & Rees made its first appearance on the Diversity Scorecard in 2005 and the firm has been honored at the Top Firms for Diversity Awards for the past three years.

Gordon & Rees has been recognized on the “BTI Client Service A-Team” survey for the past three years and has been honored as a 2014 "Go-To Law Firm" for Fortune 500 companies as well as selected for inclusion on Corporate Counsel magazine’s 2013 “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” list. Last year Gordon & Rees was honored as a finalist for the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Thomas L. Sager Award for the West Region, which recognizes a firm's commitment to the hiring, retention, and promotion of diverse attorneys.
