For the fourth time, the San Diego Daily Transcript has named Gordon & Rees partner Eric C. Young to its annual list of “Top Attorneys” in the real estate and construction transactional category.
Young – co-chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group -- has practiced real estate law in California for 27 years. He is recognized in the legal community for his experience in the areas of commercial leasing and purchase and sale. Young has negotiated leases in many of the landmark office towers throughout the country and has assisted clients in closing more than $2 billion in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Young’s numerous accomplishments have led to a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of AV Preeminent and for the past eight years he has had the honor of inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers magazine in the area of real estate business. He is a regularly featured panelist in real estate seminars on leasing and purchase and sale sponsored by the State Bar of California, the Urban Land Institute, the Certified Commercial Investment Managers Association, and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
