At the April 3 Orange County Asian American Bar Association installation and award gala, Gordon & Rees partner Patricia Lee-Gulley concluded a successful year as the organization’s 20th president. Gordon & Rees saluted Lee-Gulley’s successful term with a gold sponsorship at the well-attended annual event held at the Hilton Irvine.
Lee-Gulley led OCAABA to the No. 2 preeminent Asian bar association in the nation. According to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lance Ito, the event’s keynote speaker and lifetime achievement award recipient, OCAABA has become a rising star. U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford of the Central District of California – OCAABA’s judicial excellence award recipient – hailed OCAABA for its growth and inclusiveness.
Thomas Bienart, Orange County Bar Association president and master of ceremonies at the OCAABA gala, recognized Lee-Gulley for her energy as a current director on the OCBA Board, for which she recently appeared on the cover of Orange County Lawyer magazine.
Lee-Gulley is a partner in Gordon & Rees’s Orange County office where she focuses her litigation practice on products liability, complex/mass torts, premises liability and business/employment-related matters. She has a Martindale-Hubbell peer rating of AV Preeminent. Lee-Gulley has been recognized as among the 2014 Top Rated Lawyers in Mass Tort and Labor and Employment by ALM Legal Leaders and was selected as a Top Attorney for litigation by the OC Register Metro Magazine in 2013.
