Robin Vinson has joined Gordon & Rees as of counsel in the firm’s Raleigh office. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care, Commercial Litigation, and Antitrust practice groups.
Vinson’s practice focuses on the areas of corporate governance and transactions, antitrust, trade regulation and competition, health care law and commercial litigation.

Vinson has authored numerous articles and manuscripts and spoken regularly on various topics relating to antitrust and trade regulation, health care, electronically stored medical information, and e-discovery issues. He has written and edited publications covering corporate governance and transactions, physician office practice procedures, electronic medical records and e-discovery.
Vinson earned his B.A. in Political Philosophy from Wake Forest University, and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of North Carolina, and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court.
