Jason R. Regas has joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the firm's Dallas office. He is a member of the Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Regas is a Board Certified Labor and Employment attorney with experience representing corporate clients in management-side labor and employment litigation involving Title VII, the FLSA, the ADA, the FMLA, the NLRA, the ADEA, OSHA, workers compensation under Section 451 of the Texas Labor Code, covenants not to compete, trade secrets and employment related torts. Mr. Regas manages every aspect of litigation from single plaintiff cases to collective/class actions.
He also counsels clients on best labor and employment practices relating to hiring and termination decisions, employment policies and employee investigations, the OFCCP and related AAP obligations for federal contractors and subcontractors, WARN and OWBPA obligations in connection with reductions-in-force, employment agreements and proper classification of employees (e.g. exempt/non-exempt, employee/independent contractor, etc.).
Additionally, in connection with his degrees in Accounting and Finance, as well as his statistical background, Regas often reviews and counsels clients on pertinent labor representations of purchase sale agreements and regularly conducts audits and statistical analyses pertaining to promotional, hiring, termination and compensation data.
Regas is admitted to practice in Texas, U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University. Regas is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
