Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Daniel E. Feinberg and Geoffrey J. Repo as partners in the firm's Insurance practice group in the Chicago office. Feinberg and Repo were previously with Fox Rothschild LLP in Chicago.

Feinberg is a seasoned commercial litigator and concentrates his practice on defense work and the counseling and representation of insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes. He has represented insurers in lawsuits filed throughout the country in a variety of contexts, including direct action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes regarding asbestos liability, environmental liability, mass tort liability, professional liability and bad faith. Feinberg also has extensive experience representing insurers in bankruptcy proceedings in the negotiation, enforcement and implementation of insurance settlements with debtors under which insurance funds are contributed to trusts set up for injured claimants.
Feinberg is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and State Bar of Wisconsin. Feinberg earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
Repo is an experienced commercial litigator with an emphasis on insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. He has litigated a broad range of matters, including errors and omissions cases, directors and officers liability, as well as bad faith and environmental contamination claims, and bodily injury and property damage allegedly arising from exposure to asbestos, industrial waste, defective products and other toxic chemicals. He has served as counsel in numerous complex multi-party cases and has successfully litigated cases and claims in state and federal courts across the United States, representing companies such as Travelers, Great West Casualty Company, ACE USA, Hanover and Country Mutual. Repo also has substantial appellate experience.
Repo is admitted to practice in Illinois. He earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
